Senator Halford moved for the approval of the appropriations from              
the budget reserve sections.

those sections requiring a simple-majority vote passed.                        
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that under Rule              
43(b) of the Uniform Rules engrossment be waived.  Without                     
objection, the bill was transmitted to the House with the certified            
amendment.
